GENERIC DESCRIPTION
KOREVER SS345 is a 100% acrylic copolymer emulsion paint,
which is developed for exterior use on all masonry surfaces under the humid tropics. it has
excellent anti-algae and anti-fungus properties and also outstanding weathering resistance.
RECOMMENDED USES
As a finishing coat for long term protection and decoration of any exterior surfaces of building masonry, plaster, stucco, brick, asbestos, hard and soft board and cement render, etc.....

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be thoroughly clean, dry and free of all loose dirt, chalk or grease.
On previously painted surface, wash using a high-pressure water jet.
On surface previously affected by algae and fungi, apply a fungicidal wash treatment.
Unstable or powdery surface should be removed.
Do not apply in wet weather conditions or when water content in substrate is above 6%.
RECOMMENDED COATING SYSTEM
New or Powdery Surfaces
Sealer : 1 coat of Koresil Oil Based Sealer SP160
Topcoat : 2 coats of Korever Algae Resistant Emulsion SS 345
* Especially, for new building with exterior surface, Koresil Oil Based Sealer SP 160 should be applied.
Normal and Sound Surfaces
Sealer : 1 coat of Koresil Water Based Sealer WP160
Topcoat : 2 coats of Korever Algae Resistant Emulsion Paint SS 345
