Epoxy Zinc Primers ; EZ175,EZ175C, EZ1750

 

- Two-component, polyamide-cured epoxy resin-based primers with a high content of metallic zinc.
- Provides long-term protection for steel in severely corrosive environments  and has outstanding resistance to
   mechanical wear and tear.
- The thin coating film (15 microns / 0.6 mils) of these primers will not effect the speed or quality of flame cutting and
   welding.
- Approved as an Excellent Primer for Containers by KONSTANDT LABORATORIES INC.
- They may be used in contact with food products and for fresh water tanks in accordance with section 175.300 of
   F.D.A regulations. 

 

 

  Epoxy Zinc-phosphate Primer ; EP170ST

 

- Two-component, polyamide-cured epoxy primer containing a high content of zinc phosphate as a corrosion-
   inhibiting pigment.
- It cures to a strong and highly rust-preventing coat. Normal or high build applications are optional. It can be used as
   an interior middle coat for cargo containers in accordance with section 175.300 of F.D.A regulations.
- Approved as an Excellent Primer for Containers by KONSTANDT LABORATORIES INC.
- It may be used in contact with food products and for fresh water tanks in accordance with section 175.300 of F.D.A
   regulations.

 

 

  Epoxy Polyamide H.B. ; EH270

 

- Two-component, polyamide-cured epoxy resin-based high-build coating. It forms a hard and tough film that offers
   excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, freshwater, and seawater, as well as to splashes from petrol, jet fuel,
   diesel oil, lubricating oil, and related products.
- It may be used in contact with food products and for fresh water tanks in accordance with section 175.300 of F.D.A
   regulations.

 

 

  Epoxy Polyamide H.B. ; EH2720

 

- Two-component, polyamide-cured epoxy resin-based high-build coating and fetid-free coating which does not
   contain xylene or toluene.
- It forms a hard and tough film that offers excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, freshwater, and seawater, as well
   as to splashes from petrol, jet fuel, diesel oil, lubricating oil, and related products.
- It may be used in contact with food products and for fresh water tanks in accordance with section 175.300 of F.D.A
   regulations.

 

 

  Chlorinated Rubber H.B. ; RH247, RH247N, RH257

 

- High-build chlorinated rubber coatings.
- Dry solely by solvent evaporation without any after curing.
- Good resistant to wear, impact, saltwater, fungi, but not to fish oil, animal and vegetable oils, or strong solvents.
- Korabor H.B. RH247N is a CTC (Carbon Tetra Chloride)-free chlorinated rubber based high-build coating.
- Approved as an Excellent Primer for Containers by KONSTANDT LABORATORIES INC.

 

 

  Acrylic Topcoat ; AH2470

 

- Acrylic resin-based high-build coating which dries solely by solvent evaporation without any after curing. It is
   especially designed to be used as a finishing coat for container exteriors.
- Excellent outdoor weathering durability and good resistance to water, impact, saltwater, and fungi, but not to fish oil,
   animal and vegetable oils, or strong solvents.

 

 

  Modified Vinyl H.B. ; VH4233 Kovinyl H.B.

 

- Modified vinyl-based high-build coating that offers excellent weathering resistance, stability, flexibility, and impact
   resistance.
- It can be used for the interior of cargo containers in accordance with section 175.300 of F.D.A regulations.
- Approved as an Excellent Finish Paint for Containers by KONSTANDT LABORATORIES INC.

 

 

  Polyester resin enamel ; MT340

 

- Polyester resin-based enamel that offers excellent gloss and color retention
- Anti-chalking, and has outstanding resistance to wear and tear
- Good resistance to seawater environments, sunlight, and mineral oil.

 

 

  Urethane top coat ; UT6581(C)

 

- KCC¡¯s Urethane Topcoat is a two-component, quick drying, aliphatic polyurethane resin-based finishing coat that
   offers excellent color and gloss retention, and strong adhesion properties. It also has good resistance to water,
   weathering and chemicals.
- It is intended as a finishing coat for use on steel structures that must resist harsh climatic conditions, such as steel
   containers and heavy industrial equipment.

- Two-component, acrylic epoxy resin-based finishing coat that offers excellent color retention, good adhesion, and
   flexibility.
- It forms a hard and tough film that has excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, freshwater, and seawater.
